SVC Custom doors are constructed using a solid LSL core with hardwood edges, cross banded with 1/10" MDF and then pressed with the widest selection of premium wood veneers available anywhere. Let SVC's attention to detail and quality show in your next project.

• STILES– Matching hardwood edge available for common species, compatible hardwood edge avail-able for exotic species and veneer "to match" edge also available.

• FACES– All foreign and domestic species. Faces are a minimum of .02" at 12% moisture content. All faces to be per AWI-A face grades unless otherwise specified
• ADHESIVE– Doors constructed using NAUF adhesives (Type 2)
• VENEER MATCHING- Available in sequenced pairs & blueprint matched to "SELECT WALL SYSTEM" architectural wall panels.
• DETAILS– Standard lites available not to exceed 40% of door area or 48" (1372mm) in length. Ap-plied moldings and quirks also available.
• MACHINING– Available with hinge and lock machining as well as rabbets, holders, pivots, and most other hardware applications.
• FINISHING– Standard finish is clear 30 sheen. Stains and custom "match to" finishes also avail-able.

• STANDARDS– WDMA 1.S.1-A SVC Custom doors meet AWI standards for custom doors. Doors can also be manufactured to meet AWI Premium grade as well.

SVC custom door frames will give your project a premium look with an excellent finish match to your SVC doors and a very clean appearance with none of the warping or color variances associated with hardwood frames.
